Once from a defective pressure plate collapsing (still have a piece of the clutch, it was ripped into about 15 pieces), and another from a spring working loose due to the shop not reinstalling the pilot bushing on the PREVIOUS clutch job. Then I also had the clutch go out 1 week after I purchased the car, but that was due to it being the stock clutch (118k miles on it), badly leaking rear main seal, and me learning how to drive a stick, lol. Yeah...I'm kind of sick of bothering with clutches. I'm upgrading to a carbon/carbon when I get around to starting "the build"...which I've been talking about "just about starting" for over 2 years now.....Guess I better shut up about it until I do it. ;)
